simon the pilot....

we met Simon when he was a barman and have been friends since. Many years ago he went through flight school and is now a pilot for private jets and posh people, this coincided with a period in our lives when we were friends with several Simons, hence the name 'Simon the pilot' was born out of the need to differentiate between them. The name has now stuck and we now call him this without even realising.... I like that!
