Lavender and Lily

Morrisons this morning with my friend Jan for the weekly shop. Not much else to report. I seem to have spent the day doing nothing much.

Weather has been a bit hit and miss - sunny but not very warm and then dull - but no rain thankfully.

I bought a Lavender plant in Morrisons. Lavandula stoechas - French lavender, Spanish lavender, or topped lavender - it smells lovely.

I put it next to the cat enclosure to take some photos and Tino and Lily came over to investigate. Lily was more interested than Tino and as you can see in my blip shot she was trying to grab the flowers.
