CrossFit on Tour

As we were down south for a few days we thought we'd try and squeeze in a CrossFit WOD. There was a box in nearby Warlingham called CrossFit Devils Path. We were welcomed at 7am by Coach Wayne (top picture with me) and had a great time!

Really interesting working out away from your home box. Weirdest thing for us was throwing wall balls at a target and not a wall!
