Under The Skin

That's the movie that F, D and myself were watching when Pat called round with his daughter Anna. We had to turn it off (she's only 13) until they left.

The film is, essentially, in two parts. The first part takes place on grey Glasgow streets. The second part is filmed in the (presumably Scottish) countryside.

UTS did get under our skin. It's grim, and in places horrifying. There is little tension till towards the end. But it is also quite beautiful, and startlingly inventive.
