Together again

Tuesday was a glorious day at home for the whole family. Sugar spend tons of time with baby Tubby, as she missed him/her so very much. They are a cute little pair. Tubby's eyes and ears are open now, and he/she is a bit more skittish, so it is Sugar's job to hold him/her a lot get him/her used to the handling, sights and sounds.

The weather was beautiful, and we spent quite a bit of time outside, as well. We did a tentative check of Gizmo's babies. Gizmo was not too crazy about us messing with her nest, so we only got a very vague count of somewhere between 6 and 8 babies. They look to be allllllll black like mama. We'll see in a few days.
