"Butcher Boys"

The Man Cave has many uses, this morning it was turned into a butcher's shop!

One of the locals is having his son's 21st next weekend, he arrived with four lamb carcasses from his block of land. They spent the morning telling stories and cutting up the meat. The shoulders were boned out and I made a yummy "herby" stuffing which we added before rolling and tying up. The meat has gone into the freezer and will be all ready to cook for the party. After many years on the sheep farm, the other half hasn't forgotten his skills!

I turned this into mono, thought it made it look less gruesome!
