Sourdoughs
A chance this morning to survey the results of yesterday's Sourdough Masterclass.

I also got to bring home some of their sourdough culture. It's sitting in the fridge for now, as we're off to France next week; then it will be time to start the routine of feeding my sourdough culture each day until it's ready to use.
Most of this bread will go into the freezer until needed, but the small Wheat Sourdough (front row, extreme right) will go up to Derby with me tomorrow when I visit Mum.
