Exercise is difficult for me as I still suffer from chronic fatigue following treatment - I used to walk for miles everyday without even thinking about it. Now I really have to think about it. But you have to keep trying, don't you? Reminded of that every time I see someone elderly, or a person with much greater physical challenges, making their way around Maxwell Park.
