More training

We did a 11.5 mile circuit in the Pentlands today in pretty challenging conditions. It was grim underfoot with a mixture of ice, snow, mud and water. If I hadn't had company I think I would have turned back.

I'm just back from Sara and Emilio's where we had a belated 3 Kings' Day celebration with traditional cake and hot chocolate. I don't think I've got any room left for dinner.
