Vera may have had a day off the mileage, but we walked 10 kilometres round the lake the campsite sits alongside.
It was beautiful and hot and I managed to lose the lens cap of my camera somewhere along the way.... We were a bit worn out by the afternoon so there was nothing for it but to lie in the sun with a book and doze a bit.

Many, many thanks to everyone for 'yesterday's' stars, hearts and kind comments - I only just have wi-fi access again after more than a week so sorry for the delay; I will hopefully get to back to everyone properly when we are back home.
