Have you got any ciabatta?

Mrs B had stuff to do this morning, including sleeping (she's not a morning person) and other assorted women type things. So I was off early on my bike and I cycled to Balmaha on Loch Lomond.

She caught up with me at lunchtime, and we had a lovely afternoon looking at trees, grass and water, and walking up rocks and then down rocks. We also fed the ducks, who despite the presence of a large volume of tourists, acted like they hadn't seen food for a long time!
