Adventures in Larbert

Now there's the title of a best seller!

After a wee sleep I felt a bit better today so my dad and I went on a "scary walk"- the bits he called scary probably weren't the bits I found scary (which was mainly reading about the risk of sheep ticks and the cows nearby. Clearly not a country girl.)

We went to The Pineapple, Dunmore Park farm, stables and mansion and Elphinstone Tower. This is the mansion. We were inside and in the cellars and I climbed some stairs that are still in place too. Lots of newish looking fire places too. It's a bit odd that no ones done it up- it could be lovely and has only been out of use fifty years.

Then an afternoon doing unfun computery based stuff.
