Port Ban Pyromaniacs
One of the best things about camping is when you meet a great bunch of people. This trip has been brilliant - so much sharing and caring, so many lovely people.
It was a good job there were only three tents on the field as my solo wire wool spinning was greatly enhanced by Susie and Ben joining in as artistes. Slightly inebriated they took up the challenge and were giving it laldy with sparks and LEDs. So much so we hardly noticed the rain!
The graceful arc that makes this shot was achieved at great cost to Ben who picked up the still burning wool and lobbed it across the beach. Hope your blister is better now.
It was a hoot and I hope we meet again to do it all again.
As I took on last stroll along the beach I didn't find the battery i dropped but I did wonder what story a future beachcomber would spin to explain the slightly scorched sea pinks and the presence of a 9v battery in the sand? If they are a Blipper they may understand.
Thanks guys it was brilliant fun.
