No sea lions

Day 3 of iPhone death... So having to take photos for blipping with iPad which feels rather silly but never mind.

Third day in SF, beautiful sunny day. Started it off with Apple Store confirming that my phone is dead and they can't do anything about it.

Then went and had a ginormous brunch (which I couldn't finish) at Dotties True Blue Cafe.

Went hunting for the Denfenestration after only to find the artist who explained that it had all been taken down... After 17 years. Argh.

Then went to Civic Plaza and sat in the sun outside City Hall eating frozen custard... Nom. City Hall was pretty impressive and there were lots of lovely couples getting married. Then visited the amazing Asian Art Museum. There was a new exhibition called Gorgeous there which was.. well.... Gorgeous.

Then a trip on the groovy streetcars to Pier 39 which was pretty cool in a tacky touristy kind of way..... Bought the most expensive strawberries ever and was very impressed by the fog obscuring Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. And was rather disappointed by the lack of sea lions... Hence the empty sea lion area in the pic.

Then back into town to meet Jonathan whose conference is now over and our joint holiday has begun.?.. Hurrah!
