Snow elf

Noah checking out what's left of the snow cave. The rest of the day felt like endless tidying and nagging children to tidy. But the big messy event was the cleaning up of the gooey mess that had leaked from the cap on the bottom of the stove flue. Oh dear. We didn't realise how long it's been since we had a visit from our friendly local chimney sweep, and he is badly needed now. On removal of the cap, a huge pile of stuff came down. Plenty more where that came from I think. We had been wondering what the smell was. Oh dear again.
