Portobello heaving!

When lacking in photographic inspiration, grab a lens you don't normally use and take it for a run around.

I took some shots from Westbourne Grove looking down Portobello Road during the mad rush of tourists this afternoon.

In all fairness the big white 400mm lens was a bit obvious and people did stop to stare at me. The brace position I had to employ to support it must have been quite a look (no tripod).

One particular tourist decided what I was photographing must be interesting and therefore stood right in front of me with his iphone (.... whyyyyyyyyyy?)
