Home Judo #2
Because we skipped our weekly judo training session on Wednesday, I promised to organize a private one this week. It happened today.
To warm up themselves, the boys first did some rolls, animal movements, gymnastics - and ukemis, of course. Here is the younger one doing a somersault!
A trampoline is a good place to train judo, as noticed also in my blip on April 23rd. :)
