York is ready for the Tour de France

York is ready! the streets are decorated with yellow bunting, yellow flowers & there is a yellow bike on every street. It makes me wonder what is Essex doing to get ready to welcome the Tour de France cyclists? So far all I have seen is road closure & no stopping signs on the Epping New Road & the A414.
