What the . . .

heck? I got home from work to find Bear wearing a pink collar . . . a pink collar that neither R nor I gave her!

It was definitely odd. So of course I took it off and ran out to buy a new green one like she had previously.

I'm afraid someone has taken a liking to Bear. Since bringing her indoors isn't a possibility, I'm looking into getting her micro chipped.

And to prevent her from going elsewhere for food, I've opened up "the buffet" - a cat feeder full of the good stuff - on our patio so she doesn't need to leave the comfort of our property in search of morsals of food. She may end up gaining 10 lbs but so far, it appears to be working . . . she's staying closer to home during the day!
