Nikki finally managed to get a replacement Social Security Number today, which meant we were able to set up health insurance. Good job too, as she's due her 12 week pregnancy scan next week!

It's all a bit daunting doing this in the US as everything's different this time round. First we have to search the hospitals that accept our insurance and then we have to decide what kind of birth we want before we can establish our prenatal care.

We miss the NHS and our local midwife Patricia.
