Winter Rose

The first of my Hellebores or winter rose as they were called when I was young. We have got much more PC nowadays and try to give everything it's proper name, including the things in our gardens.
These delightful flowers always add colour to winter and are such a joy.

Have finally finished stripping my wallpaper what a tedious job. The painter will start Monday and paint the ceiling and put wallpaper back up and I will be glad to get out of a muddle.

What a beautiful winters we have had so guess we will get a good frost tonight.
