Auction sale

I noted an advertisement for this home to be auctioned today so I thought my attendance was necessary to establish the going price of homes in my area.
It was a nicely prepared on the inside but I was a rather disappointing with the outside grounds.
There were over fifty people in attendance and I believe that the owner received the figure he was expecting.

One more home gone in my area so could mine be the next?
