My son Peter took me to a few bars in Warrington tonight! Ended up in a Cuban Bar and Peter insisted on buying Mojitos for us. The mojito was born in Havana, Cuba with ingredients of mint, rum, powdered sugar, lime, and club soda and of course plenty of ice. Very very moreish! A good night.
