Fairy Tale Building

This attractive little building is in the grounds on the side of the Holburne Museum.
I am curious to know something of it's history, it seems rather incongruous beside the rather majestic Holburne.
Apparently originally built as an ARP wardens' hut during WW2 with various renovations since then.
