Lancaster Canal

We had been to visit a friend in hospital and walked along the canal afterwards and I thought this shot was quite nice. It is a shame there is no tow path on the side I took the shot from hence the foliage. Many years ago, 1973 to be correct, after 14 years selling for Storeys in various parts of the country, who were based in the building to the right I had an office overlooking the canal, I even had a customer visit me by canal boat.
It's all change now Storeys went many years ago, as did most of the UK wallcovering industry.
