Over so quickly

The heat was such that a day or so later these blooms had faded.

On a technical front, started to use more of the features on the camera. It was so good to have time to read the book I bought 4 years ago and actually experiment. I had no idea how much difference fiddling with 'white balance' made to how colours appeared (at least on the screen at the time) until I tried it. Why would I?!
