Home to a wet garden

I thought slugs had a preference for broad leaf plants?
I may be about to declare war on them. The lavender survives well, but the slugs and snails are munching their way through many plants including my first sweet peas. The hostas are a write-off. I am not impressed. I will dig out the book my Aunt gave me several years ago and try a multi pronged attack.
