Armed Forces Day Homage

We had another busy day at the Jet Age Museum.
Royal British Legion, and the Riders division (Bikers), Royal Navy Association including the Fleet Air Arm, RAF Association, Air Cadets and even a NAAFI (Navy Army Air Force Institute) mock up handing out free tea and coffee to attending veterans.
It very busy up the Vulcan of course, in between the heavy showers!

Very moving homage ceremony at 1100 with the RBL regions parading into the hangar with they various flags, Last Post, the Exortation (They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.) followed by reveille.
