Where The Buffalo Roam

Jon has been asking me to get bison instead of beef at the supermarket and I have not. Something about it besides the price doesn't appeal to me. So after making up lots of excuses, today he decided to take a ride to a buffalo farm not far away. We picked up some burgers and steaks. And, the buffalo really were roaming and seemed pretty well cared for and content. The new babies (calves) were adorable and also roaming the meadow. So after grilling up some steaks, I really couldn't tell the difference.
