I had to take the hire car back first thing this morning and noticed this on the way back - the doors of the Port o' Leith pub, which are more usually seen open! It's traditionally the first port of call for the crews of visiting ships when they dock in Leith.

When the legendary proprietress, Mary Moriarty, retired last year there was an article in the Scotsman about her and her pub.
