Bleak Blackheath

It was as cold as it gets here today. I stepped outside long enough to take this shot and otherwise have been huddled up by the fire doing my album of Siberia. I can honestly say I didn't find it any colder there. I know I had more layers on and we didn't get much wind, but I wonder if once the body get to a certain level of coldness, it can't feel any more?
