Back in action

I was back in running action today and doing the 5km race meant that I had time to wander over to watch the 10km runners finish.

My foot held out for the run but it is a little sore now. I wasn't anywhere near my time of last summer but fortunately the heart rate monitor confirms that I wasn't working as hard either ...
