Hair

Dd loves her long hair. She barely has it cut. It really is a struggle and we have to wait until the split hairs are dire before she will submit.

We are on the precipice of the last July in primary. It feels massive. She is beyond excited! We have an open evening tomorrow night and then she has a induction day on Thursday. She wanted to travel on the bus but it does not start until 10am. We felt she would not be protected by safety in the large numbers of school children had it been a normal morning start. She will also be in primary uniform making her look even more vulnerable.

I gave her a lesson in opening the front door with the key today.

I just walked/ran 4.23 km in 39 minutes. As a person who could not run at all six weeks ago this is so massive!
