Friends from Kathmandu

Our friends Ian and Cynthia live and work in Kathmandu. Together with children Justin and Lucy they are in the UK for a few weeks. We caught up with them in Raglan this morning.

Then we took a look at the cycling action back in Abergavenny. Road racing isn't the most scintillating of spectator sports though. You end up watching a male voice choir and eating frozen yogurt while you wait for a few cyclists to go past. And it's difficult to care when you don't know one cyclist from another!
