Not Dead Yet!

I Blipped this tree on 11 January with the title 'Changing Landscape' the tree was blown down by a January storm

Not so fast Mr Bond. The tree survives, if only just, in a horizontal state and is amazingly fully leafed, it also provides useful shade for a ewe and her lambs.

Morale of the tale is don't prejudge nature, the instinct for survival is supreme.

Later, I met the farmer walking off the fields for lunch, told him shouldn't be cutting hay on the Sabbath, he said not cutting only turning, we both agreed that would be OK.
