Deer Crossing

As I cheered and waited for the family of deer to cross the road, I remembered I had my camera with me and was able to catch this shot. I was returning home from a scenic spot I had discovered in the fall. I had all these wonderful landscape photos to share today, but this one stood out from the rest. This photo reminds me of my home in St. Louis. The road, the deer, to the trees all reminds me of the two and half mile drive from old state to ridge road. I miss home and the people I love, so it was only appropriate for this to be my photo of the day.
