Looking west

This is Beer beach at the west end, around the cliff, or over it, lies Branscombe.
Russet and I walked up the south west coastal path above here this morning, stopping to admire the amazing views on a perfect summer morning! But we didn't get as far as Branscombe - it was too hot!

It was also a perfect morning for a late breakfast on the beach! The Cafe offers 3 sizes of cooked breakfast! We opted for the small version, which consisted of bacon, egg, tomatoes or baked beans, sausage, toast with marmalade, and coffee!
Sitting at one of the Cafe tables under an umbrella, looking at the calm blue sea - perfection!
And what did we do in the evening?
Bought fish and chips on the way back to the beach and ate it in our lovely beach hut!
