Parking rebel

... or maybe just an abandoned joy ride. This car is parked on the double yellows not that far from the Edinburgh car pound. Rather than just remove it they just seem to be seeing how many tickets they can jam under the wipers. It managed to pick up an out of date tax disk one today.

If it's still there at the end of the week I may return to count the tickets.
