Creating space, letting in light

Much of this weekend has been spent creating space by throwing out 'stuff' and stacking the many, many boxes we are storing in our tiny house for Roland's brother and his wife until such time as they move house in a way that means we can actually use our front room and access the spare bed in the front bedroom without having to climb over boxes.

The boxes have been with us for almost two years now and neither they nor us thought it would take so long for them to move. Anyway, the reshuffle means that our space now feels a bit more like 'ours' and the light can actually get in through the front window.

Went to the Uke Society jam session this evening for the first time in a few weeks. It was brilliant and reminded me how much I miss the Sunday evening sessions. So pleased I made the effort.
