Lamb shoulder ready for the oven...!

I thought of blip friend pooba from New Zealand as I prepared this lamb for roasting this morning - yes poo, it is New Zealand lamb so this blip is really for you! And it was delicious - the rosemary and garlic helped and we had mint sauce with it, made with fresh mint just picked from the garden. And Jersey Royal potatoes provided the finishing touch! YUM! :)
