Of Little Consequence

Pendine

We arrived in Pendine Sands late afternoon, the weather was fantastic, though the weather forecast had told us different.

This year was the second of the Pendine Sands Hot Rod Racing Revival, the last being in the 1920's. We sat on a wall, in the sun, watching all the cars arrive in dribs and drabs, armed with refreshments, me, a bottle of water, André, a Magnum ( natch).

Tracy and Crusty arrived, we got settled into our caravan ( caravans are like ovens on a hot day). We ate the yum pulled pork I made on Thursday with sweet potato chips, then went to the pub for one, came back and slept like babies.
