Summer Magic...

Well we were up, dressed and downstairs this morning by 10am. Not bad considering we didn't crawl into bed till almost 3am!

Typically the weather had cleared so we were able to sit outside in Alan & Gail's beautiful garden and enjoy, orange juice, coffee and delicious cranberry and walnut bread. We couldn't face bacon.

Had a leisurely chat in the sunshine and even the birthday boy joined us, looking remarkably fresh faced considering. Natalie came along too, still in her PJs. :))

We were home by 1pm to find Alan full of the joys. He'd had a great night with Marion and Stewart, hadn't gone to bed till midnight and didn't get up till midday!

We have had a fairly quiet afternoon. Tesco order for the week is done and I am now turning my attention to list writing in preparation for going on holiday. It's coming round far too quickly and there is much to do!!

Managed to spend a little while in the garden. Just long enough to nab today's blip through the window of the Gin Palace. I need to get out there this week and finish getting it organised.
