Action Spuds

Today I thought that I would try something completely different.

Many have blipped blurry waves and the like. Many have blipped action shots. Most have blipped their dinner from time to time, and a few blipped their cooking.

So tonight I have combined the lot – an action shot with blurry water (and spuds and mixer bits) of tonight’s new potatoes in the potato peeler.

Now the mixer has great meaning in our life. It was a wedding present from my parents (we gave our daughter the same but up-to-date model when she got married) and after all that time it is still going strong – even if it has been retired to potato peeling duties. The top to the peeler attachment fell to pieces many years ago, but the peeler still works ok providing that you keep the mixer on the bottom speed!!
