Lesson learnt - don't leave camera in the office, this is taken on a blackberry and it shows. I'm pretty sure even photoshop couldn't improve this, unless I did some sort of grainy effect thing - but don't know how to do that. However, the sun rise was nice and I can pretend the bb grainy look is intentional!

Spent the day with Spleen and Pink Wilv, who both demonstrated that they could ski. Wilv in particular has only been on skis twice and managed poma, t-bar and could steer. Her dad was more into tricks, favouring the raised ski and spin followed by face plant ....... bravo. No photos - partially because the camera couldn't cope but also cos Spleen was losing patience by the end.

Hope he got back to Cumbria in time for his beer with bruv-in-law and old boys, and I hope the late in the day scottish weather didn't put them off.
