A long day

This is the view out of the front window on stand in Fuerteventura. It looked the same a hour and a half later when we were still sat there waiting to go because of the French air traffic control strikes.
Strikes are something you have to contend with in this job, they come around every so often, but they don't feel any less frustrating when they happen, possibly more so because it seems so rare for English ATC to go on strike.
