Antipasti for two

Another hectic day at work (roll on the weekend!) so needless to say I was happy to arrive home to find K making a broad-bean and chicken soup using chicken stock he made yesterday. He had tried this broad-bean soup for the first time last summer when the beans came into season and man was it good, so fresh, savory and full of flavour! I had gone to the shop to get some special bread to go with the soup so I decided to put some bits and pieces together to make a delicious antipasto platter. I especially like the hot peppers stuffed with soft cheese, yum!
