Morning light over Famara bay

Today the sun came out early and it was time to set off for a long bike ride. Famara was bathed in sunlight, looking moody and magnificent, to quote M. The red flag was up today and no surfers in when I cycled past - it was low tide. It seemed that everyone had fled to the old capital town of Teguise for the Sunday morning market, which was my next destination. The tourists seemed to soak up the atmosphere at this artisan and crafts market. I enjoyed a crepe in a quiet backwater to help me fuel my return.
