Casserole

The slow cooker is a great option in winter. Ironically though, it's a really nice day today and not at all wintery!

I worked from home this morning to try to work around some of the inconvenience caused by my stupid foot. Tomorrow I have an appointment with the fracture clinic and I'm hoping they'll tell me I can stop wearing the moon boot. The thing that is the biggest pain is not being able to drive. Fingers crossed I can get back behind the wheel tomorrow!
