Ponsonby water reservoir

This painting is on the western wall of the reservoir; on the eastern wall is Mate Koaro, which I blipped ten days ago.

As on that occasion, this was a late run after getting home, and just before the dark really fell.

I know nothing about the artist or why this piece of street art is here. The string that the one on the right is holding is attached to a gull, but is broken between young man and bird.
