The Avon, at Fordingbridge
Wednesday 25th June
One of the reasons for my Blip-break was to get down and see my father.
Got the first bus down, so hopped off in nearby Fordingbridge and had a good walk along the banks of the Avon alongside the "Rec" (recreation ground). Last time I was there, in January the Avon was flooded. In that Blip, the famous old bridge is featured but the banks are overgrown and views restricted and so walking down river was lovely.
A polariser, as usual, used here on the Nikkor 10-24mm.
Father is OK, he seems to have got used to his physical and mobility problems and was back to his usual cheeky and sparkling self.
Should be able to catch up with some of your Journals today.
